To be taken on an empty stomach in the morning or the evening either half an hour before two hours after a meal. Hold the vial in hand until the material has thawed, not otherwise. Shake well. Uncap the vial and pour half the contents under the tongue and hold for five minutes before swallowing. Repeat with the second half. Keep vial closed between each use.
